The fix for this would be to set your default printer in Nav to TSPrint Default.
1. Go into any ticket and click on "Print Ticket" in the top ribbon
2. Once the print box comes up, scroll to the right and right-click on TSPrint Default
3. From the list choose Set as Default Printer
4. Then choose Apply at the bottom right of the print box
5. Once you click Apply, click Cancel to exit out of the print box
6. Now you should be back on the ticket, then click "Print Ticket" in the top ribbon again
7. Once the print box comes up, TSPrint Default should be highlighted with a green check mark on it
8. Choose "Print" and you should be printing faster now
