If an employee is trying to ship and they get the error that the "Manifest Must Be Posted From Previous Work Day", follow these steps to post their manifest.
1. Search for "Manifests" in Navision.
2.Once you get to the Manifest list, find your manifest and then you can click "Edit" in the top ribbon, then Post Manifest once the manifest comes up.
**If a Posted/Closed box isn't checked for a package:
-If it is a regular sales order or shoemobile order, open the ticket and post the ticket, then go back to the Manifest and "Update Manifest Lines" and the box should be checked once the ticket is posted.
-If it is a miscellaneous package without a ticket number attached, they should search Miscellaneous Packages in NAV, then search for the package number that is on the manifest unchecked, then Edit that package. Once the package page comes up, click on the Actions tab in the top ribbon, then find the "Post Package" button. Once the package is posted, go back to the Manifest and "Update Manifest Lines" and the box should be checked once the package is posted.
*If you do not see a Manifest open for them, then in Pack Line Scanning, scan //CM to create a manifest and a manifest should appear with packages on it, try to Post that manifest and then they should be able to ship again.
