Reprinting Labels and Tickets in NAV

Reprinting Labels

 

  1. Open NAV and go to Sales Order Report
  2. In the filter box, type in the order number or scan the order label
  3. Select the sales order that you want to reprint labels for 
  4. Click on Navigate in the top ribbon and then click on the Shipments button 
  5. Click on Navigate in the top ribbon on the new window and then click on Packages
  6. Click on Actions in the top ribbon on the new window and then Posted Package
  7. Click Print

 

Reprinting Tickets

 

  1. Open NAV and go to Sales Order Report
  2. In the filter box, type in the order number or scan the order label
  3. Select the sales order that you want to reprint labels for
  4. In the Home tab of the top ribbon look for the process section 
  5. Look for Print Ticket (should be a blue arrow going into a blue circle
  6. Click Print
